Step 1
1

Quote and book your order

Click—or tap—here for an instant online quote in seconds (we’re talking finger-snapping fast!), or call or start a chat with one of our advisors. Then go ahead and compare our prices and services (we know you want to!)—we’re sure you’ll find our prices are very competitive.

Once you’re ready to book us (like thousands of others have), simply click the link in your email or on page quote, start a chat with us, or call (610) 982-1101 to schedule your vehicle pickup.

We will communicate with you immediately while securing one of our 40,000+ vetted and insured professional truckers to transport your vehicle.

Did we mention you won’t pay a dime until your pickup is scheduled? If you have questions about financing, or want to learn more about our secure payment options, our advisors are ready to help—simply open a chat window and ask away.

Step 2
2

We pick up your vehicle

Schedule your pickup date, time and an easy-to-access pickup location with your trucker. You can even release your car while you’re at work.

When your trucker arrives, both of you will inspect your baby (ahem, car!) together and sign a Bill of Lading. Then wave bye-bye, pack your bags and leave the rest to us.

We’ll take good care of your car, and you can check in as often as you’d like using our online chat or calling your trucker directly to see where your vehicle is at on its journey.

Step 3
3

Receive your vehicle

Reuniting you and your vehicle is an exciting moment—and one we look forward to at United Freeway Transportation! Your trucker will call you when your vehicle is almost home so you can greet them both right at your own driveway (or a nearby agreed-upon location).

After a careful inspection to make sure everything looks good (though we’re sure it will!), you’ll simply sign the Bill of Lading to accept your delivery. That’s it!

FAQ

To get a quote for shipping your vehicle, you can either fill the form online and get an instant quote or you can call (610) 982-1101 to receive a quote from one of our car transport pricing specialists. In order for us to calculate your quote we will need to know the location you are shipping from and to, the type of vehicle you would like to ship, and the date your vehicle will be ready
The transit time for your shipment is based mostly on the mileage between the pickup and delivery location. Generally, every four hundred miles will add one day to the transit time – so for a 1,000 mile transport, the transit time would be 2-3 days.
Trucking damage claims are covered by carrier from $100,000 up to $250,000 cargo insurance per load, and a minimum of 3/4 of a million dollars public liability and property damage.
We accept all major credit cards, electronic transfer, postal money order, and bank/certified check for the deposit. The rest of the money you will pay on the delivery spot once you get your car in cash or any certified funds. You can also do payment on Zelle, CashApp, PayPal or Venmo!
